VP Product
About The Position
We are a global SaaS startup looking for a VP of Product to lead the strategy and product development of ExpertX - a new AI-native product line launched alongside our existing products, already deployed across multiple Fortune 500 companies.
This is not a classic product role. We are looking for a strategy-driven product leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who moves fast, thinks sharply, and deeply understands customer problems.
While you will lead a product team, your primary role will be to act as a key strategic partner to the executive team, bringing a strong analytical mindset, business judgment, and a clear perspective on how products win in the market.
This role is based in Israel and follows a hybrid model: one day per week from our Tel Aviv office, and the rest remote.
What you’ll do
- Own the strategy and success of a new product line, from early market penetration to scale
- Partner closely with executive leadership to shape product and growth strategy
- Lead and develop a product team, ensuring focus, clarity, and strong execution
What we’re looking for
- A senior product leader (VP / Senior Director level) with experience in high-growth startup environments
- At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Shaldor, Bain, TASC, Strategy&) – required
- Experience with early-stage products – strong advantage
- Familiarity with AI-driven products – advantage
