To maintain the standard our customers expect, here’s what we require:
5+ years of managerial experience working within companies of 1000+ employees (ideally 5000+)
Expertise in a specific skill. Think of one thing you are best at, any skill from communications to presentation, sales, or AI
Hands-on experience helping individuals with their skill development (through mentoring, consulting, coaching, group facilitation, and more)
Enterprise business experience is our most important requirement. If you do not have direct experience operating in enterprise environments, this role likely won’t be the right fit.

At Growthspace, we believe that for employee development to be effective, it has to be laser-focused. Which is why we offer 5-session sprints, which we have found to be the most effective for achieving a specific and well-defined goal.
