About The Position

Growthspace is looking for a Salesforce Admin & Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining the Salesforce platform for our organization. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and managing Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our sales and marketing teams. Your expertise in Salesforce administration will ensure the smooth operation of our CRM system, enabling our teams to effectively track and manage customer relationships and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, profile and permission set configuration, security settings, and data management.
  2. Customize and configure Salesforce to support the specific needs of our sales and marketing teams, including creating custom fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports. Continuously improve and optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to drive efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools.
  4. Create and manage Salesforce data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  5. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
  6. Provide ongoing training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce and maximizing its potential.
  7. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and implement changes accordingly.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, configuration, and data.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionalities, including standard objects, custom objects, workflow rules, validation rules, and user management.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices, including data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with various tools and systems, such as marketing automation platforms etc’.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing Automation tools – a Must. (Hubspot – a great advantage). 
  • Experience in creating and managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows to support sales and marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with data management concepts, including data import/export, data cleansing, and data security.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM software.
  • English at a native or mother tongue level, demonstrated through excellent written and verbal communication skills – A must.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes effectively.
  • Detail Oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
