GrowthSpace is seeking an adept QA Automation Engineer to bolster our rapidly expanding company and propel our product to new heights. We’re on the lookout for a proactive, tech-savvy individual with a self-driven attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for problem-solving. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our quality processes as we embark on a journey toward full testing automation and CI/CD implementation

As QA Automation Engineer you will be responsible to:

• learning new features, reviewing technical designs, and crafting comprehensive test plans (STDs) to ensure optimal product performance. 
• While manual testing will constitute a portion of your duties (approximately 20%), your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining automated tests across various layers (E2E, APIs, components, load, etc). 
• Managing CI pipelines, addressing failures, minimizing flakiness, and maximizing test coverage.

The collaboration will be key in this role, as you’ll work closely with team members spanning across development, product management, customer support, and partner teams to cultivate and deliver top-notch products. It’s imperative that you possess excellent communication skills to effectively track and communicate testing KPIs within our agile-based development, testing, and release process, where CI/CD plays a pivotal role.
