How it works
Team coaching programs are designed to meet the needs of smaller groups of 2-6 people who share common learning or development goals.
The agenda for each team coaching session is built within the group and is facilitated by an external Growthspace expert – participants use the time during their sessions to discuss issues in an intimate, safe space, as well as receive feedback, take action, and create accountability.
With Growthspace’s
team coaching programs you can:
Cultivate a healthy company culture
Break down barriers of communication between employees and unite them through team coaching that aligns your teams with your company values – enabling you to develop a culture of inclusion, diversity, and transparency.
Kick-off coaching programs faster
Team coaching programs normally take weeks or months to set up and get underway. But with Growthspace, you can now set up programs and kick them off in as little as a few hours – enabling you to quickly and easily tackle any team communication or business issues.
