How it works
Defining the outcome a cohort needs to achieve, and the topics and skills to focus on accordingly.
Matching based on the desired outcome and topics, background, and experts’ expertise.
Meeting the expert to tailor the agenda to the organizational context and cohort.
Conducting one to three sessions in groups of up to 15 participants.
Measuring results against the predefined outcome via participant and manager feedback.
Matching each cohort to the best-fit expert based on skills, background, and expertise
Our AI-based matching algorithm takes into account the selected outcome and topics, cohorts’ background, location, and language, and the experts’ expertise. It combs through our pool of over 2,000 top-notch global experts and proposes the top three matches. From there, you can browse these experts’ profiles, see their past ratings and reviews, and decide which is the best fit.
