Continuous measurement of experts’ performance
Unlike other matching algorithms or programs, Growthspace doesn’t include experts in the pool of matches based on their self-reported skills alone. But based on their long-term and short-term track records in delivering business results.
After each employee growth program is complete, participants and participants’ direct managers rate their expert’s effectiveness in helping them meet their goals. Growthspace then uses this information to continually enrich each expert’s profile for even more accurate future pairings.

Does your algorithm take into account race/ ethnicity/ age/ gender?
Our AI matching algorithm doesn’t keep track of these factors or bases matches on them to avoid discrimination. We can assure you that many of our experts have significant DEI background and experience. Plus, we’ve observed over time that participants relate to their experts in terms of their professional capabilities, regardless of such characteristics.
Can a participant ask to be rematched if they are not happy with their expert?
Of course! Participants can request a rematch after the first session if they are not satisfied with the match.
This happens very rarely, under 5% of the time, and we are happy to accommodate.
