About the Role
We are seeking a Controller to lead the company’s accounting and financial operations, with a strong focus on financial reporting, tax compliance, and maintaining robust financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Lead the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and account controls.
- Prepare and review tax filings in Israel and abroad (VAT, income tax, GST, Sales Tax).
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, as well as collaborate closely with internal teams.
Requirements
- CPA license with post-qualification experience (Big 4 background – MUST)
- 2–4 years of experience as a Controller, in a global high-tech SAAS company.
- Proven track record in preparing US GAAP financial statements.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite – strong advantage).
- High-level English – verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights..
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams across different time zones.
