We are seeking an experienced strategic Director of Demand Generation. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our GTM strategy, brand presence, campaign executions, and impact within the industry. 

Responsibilities:

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead the development and execution of comprehensive ABM strategies, aligning closely with Sales to target and convert key accounts. Drive personalized messaging, engagement, and pipeline growth to accelerate revenue generation.

User Journey Optimization: Define and optimize the end-to-end user journey, leveraging data insights to enhance touchpoints, increase engagement, and drive conversions. Ensure a seamless and compelling customer experience at every stage.

Organic Search Strategy: Oversee organic search initiatives to elevate our brand’s online visibility and authority in the HR Tech landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and content optimization.

Email Marketing Excellence: Create and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns that engage and nurture prospects. Develop segmentation strategies, compelling content, and automation workflows to drive engagement and conversions.

Strategic Event Planning: Devise and execute strategic event plans that showcase our SaaS solutions and thought leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with business goals, elevate brand presence, and create memorable experiences.

SDR Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR team to drive high-quality opportunities and nurture leads effectively. Provide them with actionable insights, collateral, and strategies to enhance lead generation efforts.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:  Monitor, analyze, and report on demand generation performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.

Requirements


  • 6+ yrs. hands-on experience in digital marketing and demand gen with a proven track record
  • Native tongue English is a plus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment 
  • Strong expertise in ABM strategy, execution, and alignment with Sales.
  • Experience in optimizing user journeys, increasing engagement, and driving conversions through email marketing, social campaigns, and website optimization. 
  • Proficiency in organic search tactics, SEO, and content optimization.
  • Skilled in planning and executing successful events that drive engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive strategic decisions.
