Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing a B2B pipeline within your territory as well as qualifying and nurturing leads to convert them into opportunities Initiating contact via email and phone to help build prospective customer relationship. Growing new and existing accounts Working side by side with senior management on sales activities, forecasting, and company-wide initiatives Experience: 5+ years’ of B2B sales experience Inside sales experience – a plus Experience in a commercial role in the technology sector – a plus Experience in the HR and talent space – a major plus A real time, robust network within the HR/talent area – a major plus
