The Customer Success Team is the trusted advisor to our customers, building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering users to fulfil their development goals. By developing deep mastery of our platform, you will provide a unique level of consultation and inspiration to our customers. We are an energetic, empathetic and passionate team that enjoys teamwork and taking on new challenges in this dynamic environment. You will work cross-functionally to understand client needs, act as a company brand ambassador to clients, and drive impactful usage of our platform through a combination of enablement and advisory.

About the role

Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with GrowthSpace Own key relationships with ~30 accounts, driving ~$2M ARR Achieve KPIs such as Gross Retention, Utilization, and Account Health Represent voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap Partner with our Commercial and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

Requirements

2+ years of B2B customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

Strong prioritization skills and process orientation

Ability to embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and actively contribute to the process and procedure of the team

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy

Ability to take initiative and adapt
