Steve King is the retired director of executive education at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business and president of the SDK Group, which specializes in talent management solutions. Steve has held senior HR roles, including SVP of Human Resources at Hewitt Associates, head of global talent management for Baxter Healthcare, faculty leader for leadership and change at the Bank of Montreal’s Institute for Learning, and VP of management and professional development at Harris Bank. Currently, Steve teaches at the University of Wisconsin, Northwestern University, and Morehouse College. He co-hosts the podcast “Conversation with a Manager: Stories from the Frontline” and is the author of five management books available on Amazon.
